High quality reusable KEG & spears

Since 2003, we have been importing kegs manufactured in Asia to Europe and selling them. We started out with our Chinese partner, who manufactured the CoolKeg product container for us. CoolKeg is a self-cooling, three-layer keg featuring a stainless steel product container that includes not only the classic 2-inch/14 TPI fine-threaded socket but also a Bavarian tap in the Micromatic spring valve design.  Since 2019, we have been selling standard stainless steel kegs with AOBAOSI brand fittings and have four partners in three Asian countries who manufacture for us. In total, we have sold 180,000 “Made in ASIA” kegs.  

We have abandoned the idea of supplying refillable kegs with plastic handles. The complaint rate is too high, and the resulting loss of customer trust is too significant. We exclusively supply all-stainless-steel kegs with a 2"/14 TPI socket, which is used in an identical design by the Spanish Irestal Group—which markets its products under the THIELMANN Keg brand—as well as by BLEFA and Schäfer Container Systems. 

The kegs we supply always feature custom embossing, laser-etched top cap lettering, a Data Matrix code on the top cap and the keg’s base for traceability, and, if applicable, screen printing.  

We source our FASSKEG fittings from AOBAOSI and can provide numerous references for Type A, Type G, and Type S fittings. The fittings are modeled after the well-known safety fittings from MicroMatic and are 100% compatible with them.     

We deliver all kegs (DDP Incoterm 2020) duty-paid and at an incredibly low price, delivered free to the brewery premises, and CoolSystem GmbH is your exclusive contractual partner and point of contact. FASSKEG is happy to install original Micro Matic or DSI fittings. Alternatively, we offer spears manufactured in China with FDA/ ISO certified EPDM seals from our production partner AOBAOSI. We are pleased to deliver top-quality fittings and tap heads for dispensing technology directly to your brewery upon request.
